If a product is out of stock then we will email you and give you an estimate of delivery. Our deadline for Christmas orders will be posted on the homepage.
Returns and Exchanges
Accessories Palace have high quality standards and we are sure that you will be happy with any purchase you place with us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day, no questions asked, returns policy on all of our products.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, items such as earrings and body jewellery are non returnable unless they are defective.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with an authorisation number and our returns address. Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused, resalable condition, with any tags attached. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Postage costs on returns are the customer’s responsibility.
If requested, a full refund will be given to the value of the goods, less any postages costs, usually within 7 days upon receipt of the returned goods. Defective products will either be exchanged at no extra cost to the customer or a full refund (including postage charges) will be given.
If you wish to exchange a non-faulty product (i.e. for a different style/size/colour) then postage will be re-charged at your rate. This fee can be paid by cheque, Postal Order, or banker’s draft (made payable to Palace Boutiques), by PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org).
This does not affect your statutory rights. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (ENGLAND AND WALES).
